Processing Time
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak sales periods or holidays, processing may take longer due to high order volumes
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Express Post through Australia Post:
- Dispatch notifications with tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment
- Delivery timelines begin after dispatch (excluding processing time)
- Customers can manage deliveries through the Australia Post app/website
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Free Express Shipping: Orders over $80 AUD
- Standard Rate: $12.95 AUD for orders under $80
Note: Discount codes cannot be applied to shipping fees
International Shipping
- New Zealand: Free for orders over $100 AUD, otherwise $30 AUD
- Other Countries: Flat rate of $30 AUD
- Delivery Estimate: 7-15 business days (subject to customs processing)

- Safe Drop: All deliveries are authorized to be left in secure locations if unattended
- PO Boxes: Only Australian PO Boxes are accepted
- Customs/Duties: International customers are responsible for all import fees
